The rules for using GetPDF and its related services.
Using GetPDF
You may use GetPDF for lawful purposes. You must have the right to open, edit, convert, or share any document you use with the service. You are responsible for checking the finished file before relying on it.
Your documents
You keep ownership of your documents. Some tools process files within the app or browser, while features that require an external conversion service will send the selected file to that provider. Keep your own copy of important files.
Advertising and paid features
The free service may display advertising. Mobile apps may offer one-time purchases or subscriptions through the relevant app store. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase and are also governed by the app store's terms.
Availability and changes
Features may be changed, added, limited, or withdrawn. We cannot promise that every file will process correctly or that the service will always be available. Large, encrypted, damaged, or unusually structured PDFs may produce incomplete results.
Third-party services
GetPDF uses service providers for hosting, advertising, analytics, payments, app distribution, and selected conversions. Their own terms and policies apply when you use those services.
Intellectual property
The GetPDF name, branding, software, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party libraries, trademarks, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability
The service is provided as available, without guarantees beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetPDF is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, or damage caused by reliance on an output file. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain unaffected.
