Who is responsible

GetPDF operates getpdf.me and the GetPDF mobile applications. Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@getsolutions.app.

Documents

Most website tools process the selected document within your browser. Some mobile features, including selected Pro Plus conversions, send a file to Cloudmersive to complete the requested conversion. Document content is not used for advertising or analytics.

Website and app data

• Service data: IP address, device and browser details, request logs, error information, and security events may be processed by our hosting and delivery providers.
• Analytics: Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights may measure visits, performance, and use of the site.
• Advertising: Google AdSense and Google AdMob may use identifiers, cookies, device information, IP addresses, and activity data to deliver, limit, and measure ads.
• Purchases: Google Play and other app stores handle payments, subscriptions, refunds, and related transaction records. GetPDF does not receive full payment-card details.
• Preferences: The website and apps may store settings, purchase status, recent activity, and consent choices on your device.

Cookies and consent

Google's consent platform is used where required to ask about advertising and analytics cookies. Your options may include consent, refusal, and purpose-level controls. A choice can affect whether ads are personalised and how measurement works.

Google explains how it uses information from partner sites in its partner-sites notice. Ad personalisation can also be managed through My Ad Center.

Why data is used

• To deliver the website, apps, tools, purchases, and requested conversions.
• To prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain service reliability.
• To understand performance and product usage.
• To display and measure advertising with consent where required.
• To meet legal, accounting, and app-store obligations.

Providers and international transfers

Providers may include Google, Vercel, Cloudmersive, app stores, hosting networks, and payment services. Data may be processed outside Ireland or the EEA under the safeguards offered by those providers and required by applicable law.

Retention

Retention varies by service. Operational logs and analytics are kept according to provider settings and business needs. Purchase and accounting records may be retained for legal requirements. Files sent for an online conversion are used to return the requested result and are not retained by GetPDF as a document library.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent for future processing. Contact info@getsolutions.app. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
